Gamo CFX Pellet Rifle
This video is a demonstration of the Gamo CFX Pellet rifle. This rifle is capable of firing pellets at over 1000 fps. It is an excellent varmint hunter for keeping your grounds free of those pests, or, if you prefer, for squirrel and bird hunting. Equipped with a scope, a light and a laser, you can hunt into the dark hours when many pests are active. Excuse my shirt sleeve, which obscures the most important part of the video, but I still think you will get the point of the rifle. Soon, I hope to have a video showing the rifle’s capabilities in the dusk till dark hours.

I want to be safe, we already have good eye protection, what should we use to protect our bodies. I think the pellet guns are around 500 fps

Pellet guns are quite painful and have high penetration. My Co2 pistol clocks in at 435fps w/ .177, and it can rip right through thin plastic containers, as well as crack automotive safety glass (leaves almost a 1″ mark in the glass).
Leather may provide some armor but you will not have full coverage w/o looking like “The Gimp”. Anything less, and it’s just one lucky neck shot that will be sending an ambulance your way.
My advice, just use Airsoft for milsim type of activity and leave pellet guns for target practice.

Walmart has the clear version of the AirMag C11 for $ 37 as well as .2g ammo (5k for about $ 15) and Co2 will run you about $ 0.50c ~ $ 0.60c per 12g canister depending on the bulk pack size.

My dad and i have been wanting to go small game hunting we bought to pellet guns and would like to hunt birds, rabbits etc. We would like to know what we need any permits and what not and where. And do we have to pay to hunt the animals????

Both of you will need a hunters safety courses to get your hunting licenses. Hunting costs are based on fees or charges at the place your hunting some are free some have a daily access fee and the hunting license and what species your hunting. Small game is in the upland game category The Ca. department of fish and game has all the info you need
